31 years of wildland fire suppression and fuels management experience, including leadership as a Battalion Chief for the U.S. Wildland Fire Service.
Nick Loveless founded Loveless Land & Wildfire Consulting to carry his field experience into the next stage of his career — helping landowners, organizations, and technology companies make better-informed decisions about wildfire risk, operations, and emerging tools.
Throughout his career, Nick worked with personnel, agencies, and partners in demanding wildfire environments where communication, judgment, and operational coordination directly affected outcomes.
Nick has a particular interest in helping AI and wildfire technology companies understand the needs of personnel working during initial and extended attack. His goal is to help close the gap between product development and field reality.
Based in Eagle, Idaho, the company is available for consulting projects throughout Idaho and beyond.
From wildfire risk assessments to technology development, Loveless Land & Wildfire Consulting brings an experienced field perspective to every project.
